Community Engagement & Philanthropy Coordinator
The Community Engagement & Philanthropy Coordinator reports directly to the Board of Directors and is a vital member of the Rose Garden Hospice Association (RGHA) multidisciplinary family. The Coordinator is responsible for building meaningful relationships with donors, community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders to support the hospice's mission and fundraising goals. The person in this position develops and implements community engagement initiatives, donor stewardship activities, fundraising campaigns, and special events that increase awareness, strengthen community connections, and generate philanthropic support for hospice programs and services.
